10th World Congress of Bioethics

28 to 31 July 2010
The 10th World Congress of Bioethics will be held in Singapore from 28 to 31 July 2010. It will be hosted by the Bioethics Advisory Committee and is supported by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, the National University of Singapore, the Ministry of Health and the Singapore Medical Association. The theme “Bioethics in a Globalised World” reflects Singapore’s strong interest in the responsible pursuit of scientific knowledge. As in previous congresses, a wide range of contemporary issues in bioethics will be discussed. The various sub-themes will also be explored in satellite meetings that will precede the 10th World Congress.
